If you are thinking of operating a short term rental but don’t necessarily enjoy laundering linens, you may want to think again. Between each guest we have literally loads and loads of laundry, which is in large part sheets. We have two king beds, two full beds and a queen sofa sleeper so we have lots and lots of sheets! We have three complete sets of sheets for the house. One set is on the beds, one set is in a cute wicker basket in the laundry room (in case a guest needs some fresh sheets during their stay) and another set is being laundered.  All of our sheets are white, easy to wash and bleach if needed. I initially sent out our sheets to a laundry service when I first started running The Morrow House, but I prefer the fresh smells of nice quality laundry detergent and drier sheets and I think guests do too. There are things that make an experience special to me, and great smells are one of them, so we launder our sheets ourselves, which makes for a lot of laundry.
